The head of the diplomatic mission of Turkmenistan in the UAE was appointed concurrently as the ambassador to Kuwait.
By presidential decree of March 1, 2019, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi city) Garadzhaev Serdarmammet Saparmammedovich was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait.
This is stated in the text of the official Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Recall that Serdarmammet Garadzhaev since December 2017 is the head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), and since July 2018 - in Baghdad (Iraq).
