The Russian decided to make a trip from Yekaterinburg to Dubai on a scooter.
The Guinness Book of Records Committee approved the application of a resident of Yekaterinburg Vladislav Belozerov for a world record - the longest trip on a scooter. He intends to get to Dubai with his friends on this transport.
Belozerov told URA.RU that it is planned to start a journey of 15 thousand kilometers in early summer. “We sent an application to the Guinness Book of Records committee, and recently a positive decision has come. First of all, you need to prepare yourself mentally, if possible, find sponsors, buy the necessary equipment,” said a 20-year-old Yekaterinburger.
The desire to set a Guinness record he had for a long time. "Somewhere in November, the idea came up to do it on scooters," Belozerov said. An approximate route already exists. From Yekaterinburg to Petersburg, then to the Crimea, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Iran and from there to Dubai, Vladislav says.
In addition to the goal of getting into the Guinness Book of Records, a resident of Yekaterinburg plans to see Russia, visit cultural and historical places. During the trip, he will conduct his video blog.
Yekaterinburg noted that he had already contacted one of the scooter manufacturers regarding possible sponsorship. He has not yet received a definitive positive answer, but the probability of cooperation already exists.
