Dubai’s new large mall with a size of 42 football fields has been completed by 60%.
Dubai Hills Mall, the new mega-mall located in Dubai Hills Estate, has already been completed by almost 60%, according to developer Emaar.
The mall will offer two million square feet (approximately 42 football fields) of total leased area. The project, announced last August, will include about 650 stores, cafes and restaurants.
The shopping center will also have prepared four entertainment areas for families, including an 18-screen movie theater, a hypermarket with an area of 63.5 thousand square meters. ft., retail stores and parking spaces for over 7,000 cars. Photocells for energy production will be installed in the parking area. The mall will also be connected to the metro.
Dubai Hills Estate is a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas. Here around the golf course and the central park will be built more than 4.4 thousand villas and townhouses and about 22 thousand apartments.
The project will also open shopping areas, including a boutique center for luxury brands, two hotels, schools, tennis and sports centers and a boulevard. Running tracks and cyclists will be prepared here.
