At the Gitex 2009 High-Tech and Electronics Show in October, the Dubai Roads and Transport Committee presented their portal on the Internet, providing users with about 140 different interactive services.
The last addition to the portal menu was the Wojhati application, which makes it possible to most effectively plan your movements around the city by public transport. Wojhati uses Google portal maps, which allows you to conduct all processes in real time. “The RTA portal is the only one in the region that provides such a wide range of interactive services. We strongly recommend that all residents and guests of Dubai familiarize themselves with it in order to use our services via the Internet, saving time and money,” Abdullah Al-Madani, Director, commented Corporate Communications RTA.
