Sony Ericsson: Life Without Borders with the New Communicator

Paying tribute to its 60-year-old legacy heritage, SonyEricsson, the international telecommunications company, has announced the launch of its new Windows Mobile XPERIA ™ X2 Communicator.

A special feature of the XPERIA ™ X2 model is SlideView, which provides quick access to frequently used telephone functions and notifies the user of missed calls, emails and sms messages. The device has 14 special and pre-loaded control panels, and another 16 can be configured additionally. Users of the news can work almost without restrictions, using applications such as Skype, Mytopia, Google ™, various games, CNN, Windows Live ™ and much more. Supported by QWERTY messaging software, Windows Mobile® users can even show presentations on a large screen via a television cable.

The creators of X2 did not forget about the entertainment component. The device provides the ability to view multimedia files on an 8-cm high-resolution touch screen and enjoy all the benefits of a 8.1 megapixel camera. Photos can immediately be posted on a personalized page on Facebook ™ or on any other social network, again using a communicator.

The user of the news receives 110 MB of memory, and its random access memory (RAM) - 256 MB. There is a 3.5 mm jack for any headphones. The battery capacity is 1500 mAh, the declared operating time is 10 hours in talk mode, 500 hours in standby mode. In music listening mode, X2 can work for about 20 hours. There are also Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G headsets. Included with the communicator is the AN300 car charger. X2 has been launched into the market in two color options: elegant black and modern silver.
